Every box comes with a free return shipping label (excluding international clients). If you’re unsatisfied with your outfit in any way, you can return the pieces using the return label and we will issue you a refund or exchange. 

Please email us at support@acuratedthrift.com within one month of receiving your box and we’ll honor an exchange or refund. Our return policy is very flexible so that you only receive pieces you’ll love and cherish.
