Returns and Exchanges

We offer free return shipping labels in every box. This does not include International customers. We offer exchanges to our International customers so please reach out if you are not in the US. Please email us at support@acuratedthrift.com if you are unsatisfied with your box in any way. We want you to be happy!

We offer money back and exchanges to all our domestic customers. Email us within three days of receiving your box if you are interested in returning it. 

Exceptions: 

If the item is damaged in any way we'll refund you the entire amount of the box upon receiving the item back in the mail.

***PLEASE NOTE slight damage may appear in some of the vintage clothing but we make sure there are no rips, holes, or large stains.
